Botox is a prescription only medicine and may only be recommended where appropriate following a
facial skin consultation.
Botox is applied to parts of the face that do a lot of the work in forming our expressions and are thus
prone to developing lines and wrinkles. Frown lines, crows’ feet around the eyes, and wrinkles and lines
around the corners of the mouth are commonly treated areas. By injecting botulinum toxin into the
affected area, it temporarily paralyses the underlying muscles, preventing them from contracting as
forcefully, softening the impression of deeper wrinkles. Fine lines and minor wrinkles will appear much
less visible.
Procedure time is 15-30 minutes and the initial effects of the treatment will become visible within 48 to
72 hours and the maximum effect is reached within 1 – 2 weeks. Duration of result is 3-4 months, but
may last longer.
Skin peels work by removing dead skin cells and encouraging new ones to grow, leading to a fresher, brighter & more glowing you. A chemical gel is applied to the skin. This removes the top layer of skin revealing softer smoother skin beneath. The procedure is used to treat skin problems such as wrinkles & fine lines, acne scars, hyper-pigmentation, and sun damage. The procedure is non-invasive with no down time and no peeling.
Derma Roller is a treatment which works by using a micro-needling technique. This stimulates the skin at a deeper level to repair and regenerate itself naturally resulting in smoother, healthier, tighter, more radiant and youthful looking skin.
The Derma roller treatment is also a great treatment for acne scaring, stretch marks and hair loss. Three to six treatments are recommended for the best results, depending on the condition being treated.
If you have naturally thin lips, or deep nose to mouth grooves, then dermal filler may be the ideal treatment for you.
The fillers that we used are made from hyaluronic acid, a substance that is found naturally in the body to help keep the skin hydrated. By replacing lost hyaluronic acid in the lips or nose to mouth groove, you are boosting the skins ability to hydrate itself
Mesotherapy is a treatment which uses a series of micro injections into the epidermal layer of skin, a combination of vitamins, minerals & hyaluronic acid are injected lightly into the areas being treated.
Facial mesotherapy treats sagging and aging skin, improves fine lines & wrinkles and a gives luminosity to the face. It does this by stimulating the skin tissue which results in a firming and toning of the skin. It restructures mature skin, repairs post-traumatic skin imperfections and increases the elasticity and hydration of the skin.
Botox is proven to be a useful treatment for the relief from excessive sweating. Botulinum toxin
injections do not cure the conditions and symptoms will return gradually. Follow-up injections are
required to maintain dryness, intervals vary from 3 to 12 months.
